Israeli startup Aryon Security raises $25M

Israeli startup Aryon Security, which last year unveiled its innovative cloud security solution, has completed a $25 million Series A financing round, which brings the total amount raised by the company since it was founded in late 2024 to $38 million. The round was led by US fund Brightmind and Shlomo Kramer’s Skinos Ventures, also with the participation of software company Datadog, CrowdStrike CEO George Kurtz, Sharin Fisher Dibrov’s Startpoint Capital, and Armis founder Yevgeny Dibrov, Blumberg Capital and Viola Ventures, which led the seed round and have increased their investment by also doubling down in the current round, while this time they have been joined by other investors from a range of backgrounds including the well-known actor and comedian Assi Cohen. UK Cybersecurity startup Strand Intelligence raises £1m

Strand Intelligence, a Manchester, UK-based cybersecurity software company, has closed a £1m seed round. The round was led by Osney Capital and will be used to accelerate the startup’s hiring and product development plans. Founded in 2025, Strand is building automation for Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR), the investigative work that follows a security incident. Its platform automates investigations across cloud and endpoint environments and claims to deliver investigations up to five times faster. Seattle startup Emphere raises $2.1M in pre-seed funding

Emphere announced $2.1 million in pre-seed funding from AI2 Incubator and Outsiders Fund to automate the work of fixing software security flaws. Cleafy raises €12M to stop bank fraud before it starts

For more than a decade, Cleafy has been telling banks that waiting for fraud to happen before responding to it is a losing strategy. The Milan-based cybersecurity firm has now raised €12 million in a Series B round, bringing total funding to €22 million, to prove the point at scale. The round is co-led by United Ventures and Germany’s eCAPITAL, both returning investors.
